all over the world to buy your work. Getting started You start selling your photos by registering as a Photographer with PRO account first, and next by uploading your work. Before you start, there are 2 important things to know: -
it is only allowed to upload photos that are really made by you yourself -
if there are recognizable faces of people in your work, you need a so-called "Model release" which allows you to publish and market the work. You can dowload a standard Model release here.
These 2 points are very important and are your own responsibility, as described in detail in the Terms & Conditions you agree to when you join
our site. First you sign up (only required one) and next you can start uploading your photos by going to the "My account" menu. After uploading the files are checked by our staff, and after approval your work is published on this website (protected with a watermark). All visitors can then see, hear and buy your work. About Royalty free Selling your work on PhotoSociety.eu implicates you are selling your work Royalty free. Royalty free means the buyer may use the work whichever way he like
s and is not restricted in quantity or reproduction, as long as your works are used within worldwide laws, legal restrictions and the Terms of this website. Buying and selling In order to buy a photo, you have to sign up and buy so-called "credits". There are various credit-packages available. If you find a photo or tune you like
, you select
the size and click the "download" button. The credits are deducted from
your account and added to the seller,s account. If you are selling through our website and you have a value of EURO 100 or more in credits, you can request pay out. Quality The higher the quality of your work, the higher the chances it will be approved and sold through this website. Also, the higher the quality, the better chances are your work will be selling a lot. However, your photo does not always have to be an artistic masterpiece to be top-selling. Therefor, our main criteria for approval are: - technical quality - legally allowed - socially acceptable
- original. Your photo should not contain any texts, dates or labels unless it is for artistic purposes. Should your work be declined and you feel we have misjudged it, please let us know. Earnings for photographers At PhotoSociety.eu we believe the photographer should benefit most of his or her work. We also believe in best value for money. Therefor PhotoSociety.eu pays out the highest % of revenues to contributing artists. We are able to do this thanks to the fact we are a low cost organization.
